Super informative. I have learned so much about skincare from 2 days of binge watching your videos. Last night I forgot to bring my laundry back in with me to my apartment and I had no clean towels so I washed my face and put my CeraVe in a tub all over the face. My skin felt SO amazing after it had dried! I followed it up with my Retin-a and my skin looked so fresh this morning. Thank you doc!

Hi which one is better for face wash? Niacinamide like Cerave foaming cleanser of Salicyic acid like Neutrogena oil free acne wash?

New here. Love your videos. I have one question, what are your thoughts on the cetaphil daily facial cleanser?

Hi Dr. Dray, what do you recommend to use to wash your face when it's humid out and my oily skin feels greasy? Thanks. And tips for hair care in humid weather as well. Thanks again.

My dermatologist told me "combination skin" doesn't exist and therefore it was impossible I had both eczema and zits. "Eczema means a lack of oil in the skin, zits mean to much oil, so you see you can't have both" he said in so many words. Since my eczema wasn't that bad at that time he concluded I had oily skin. He didn't believe my skin burned like hell whenever I used his acne products. This was some time ago… I have never bothered to see one since, but you make it sound like dermatologists have progressed a lot in knowledge and empathy.

Hi Dr. Dray, I just started using your skin regime . Using differin & Neutrogena ultra gentle hydrating cleanser, but I noticed the moment I put on the cleanser it started to burn my skin, including the oil – free moisturizer. Do you think it might be an allergic reaction? what would you recommend to use with differin?

Thanks for your advice I’m going to look into incorporating an SA product, I have oily and sensitive skin so I’ve mostly leaned towards face washes and moisturizers that are fragrance free and oil free as a way to appease both my sensitivity and oiliness. Do you have any suggestions about moisturizers that keep skin hydrated but don’t result in heavy oil secretion?

I have rosacea and oily skin. I don’t have the extreme pustules that some rosacea sufferers deal with, however, I do get the tiny whiteheads. My issue is broken capillaries. I started using vanicream you suggested and I’m enjoying that. I see in some of your videos you include the Zapzit cleanser in your routine. My skin tolerates BHA creams ( Paula’s Choice 1% bha cream ) but I’m not incorporating it in my daily routine currently. My skin has changed in the last few months so I am having more issues with the tiny Whitehead’s. And I’m wondering if my skin has become more sensitive. I was wondering if the Zapzit cleanser would be beneficial for me if I used it maybe once a week.

If only I payed so much attention in class as I when watching your videos haha <3 Is using a micellar water bad if you use a milk/low ph cleanser to clean it off afterwards?

Is Johnson's baby shampoo no more tears a good eye cleanser Dr. Dray? My opthalmologist told me before that it can kill bacteria in our eyes.

Hi i just got into micellar waters but i understand that those are questionable for you. I use it to remove makeup and then a micellar water cleanser by Simple for dry dehydrated skin. Is that ok?

I used the ultimelt for 2 days and found my skin to get red, dry but looked shiny.. Think it's too strong for my sensitive skin.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a first AM cleanse for dry / sensitive skin. I used Clinique take the day off to remove my make up and have no issues with that 🙂

hi i'm new to setting up a good skincare routine and have finally heard about your amazingness!! I thought you were a huge fan of emma hardie but it's not listed..
i'm keen to find a good AM cleanser & as you've listed this video as that or second cleanser, i am confused where the Moringa Balm fits into all of this..
I don't normally wear any makeup or very little/not often full face coverage. What would you still recommend for the night wash?
    thanks, dilushani

Would you recommend just using the Pixi glow tonic on its own in the morning? Or would you need to clean to skin before even if you have removed make up and cleansed the night before ?? Thanks 😊

Mrs. Hiron, I first heard of you through the two lovely sisters of PixieWoo, but only discovered your videos last night. I decided to subscribe because I just love your enthusiasm for good skin care, your sense of humor and the information your provide. I don't try lots of different things once I find something I like, but I love to be informed about lots of different things I care about. Please keep up the great work, your passion is inspiring.

Caroline, one small doubt please.. If I use Oskia renaissance cleansing gel as second cleanser, can I just rinse it off with water, or should I remove the second cleanser as well with a flannel/muslin cloth ?

I found this really helpful as I tend to only use a face wash in the morning & moisturise & that's it, so a cleanser firstly I will try & a serum I think! I used the Liz Earle cleanse and polish & found it caused small spots around my chin area & mouth so didn't feel as tho it actually cleaned deep down into my pores to remove all the dirt & grime. Xx
