I bought the Midsummer pallet and was disappointed with the shimmer so set it off to the side. I am so happy you gave me a tip on those! Are you going to do the tarte April fools pallet all blue demo?

I kinda don't like how beauty gurs are saying "There taking and remakeing" but there not it's there own brand they spent money to make them there not copying so it's like bringing them down can We please just stop saying there remaking CASUE if they are they would put a recreation of this pallete Idk If it's just my opinion but .

I have not encountered anyone else on YouTube who gives such a thorough and informative review on products especially eyeshadow palettes (which are also my fave)..also I think it's awesome how you try out products first and wait until you are comfortable enough with how they perform before providing your review..that is super beneficial!!..thank you for taking the time to share your insights..new subbie!!

I so appreciated your thoroughness and thoughtfulness in your reviews! It's so helpful! I have quite a few of the palettes you covered in this video and one more perk of the Bad Habit "After" series is that the eyeshadow pots aren't glued in, they're magnetic, and easily pop out (be careful, with a safety pin or something) if you want to put those colors in a customized z-palette. Thank you again for this great video. I'm subscribing now.

I have several Bad Habit palettes. I would love to hear your thoughts on the Face Candy Amazonia and Sahara palettes. Also the Bad Habit Dreamstate palette. I have Aphrodite, Athena, Arabesque, and Retro Love. I recently got the BH Solar Flare and Galaxy Chic, Okalan Fire 8, and Soph X. I haven't tried out Fire, Arabesque, or Galaxy yet. I have Midsummer Night on its way. I can't wait to try it!

This comment is really late lol, but I want to make it anyways in case people are reading comments to decide if they should use Shop Hush. I tried some palettes from Shop Hush, but didn't love them. I purchased 3 eyeshadow palettes and some other misc items.

The best eyeshadow palette was the Bad Habit one (I got the ABH Modern Rennasiance dupe), but still had some issues. They look pretty good at first, but fade and become a bit muddy by the end of the day. It stinks, because my really pretty burgundy and orange eye look ended up just looking brownish by the end of the day. The Face Candy palette thats a dupe for Sweet Peach is decent and can create pretty looks, but I'm not a huge fan of the texture of the shimmers (they kind of make my eyelids look dry and look thick, if that makes sense). The last palette I got was the Okalan pressed pigment palette thats a dupe for the Urban Decay Alice in Wonderland palette. I ended up getting rid of it, because its too inconsistent. Some of the shades were absolutely awesome (the matte dark teal shade was extremely crazily pigmented), but too many shades had barely any pigment whatsoever or were somewhat difficult to work with. There's also a lot of matte with glitter shades, which I'm not a huge fan of.

As far as the other products I tried, I would definitely advise against the Okalan contour palette thats a dupe of the Kat Von D one. Mine came with the metal packaging dented and worked well, but I broke out with cystic acne along my jawline terribly. :S I was also not a fan of the Okalan liquid lippies that come in packaging that looks like wine bottles. The packaging is super cute, but it was the worst liquid lippie I've ever used in my life. It was super watery, impossible to apply neatly, and super drying and patchy. I also got the the Bad Habit Rose highlighter palette and the Face Candy Unicorn Glow palette. They are both super blinding and pretty, but show up slightly chunky/textured on the face. I would definitely reccomend the highlighting palettes overall for the price, though. They also have really good lasting power and last all day for me when I set them with a setting spray. You can also combat the texture issues a bit by blending them really good into your skin.

I'm tempted to try Shop Hush again, mostly for the Bad Habit Huda dupes, but I'm worried I'll be dissapointed with the lasting power again. I think Makeup Revolution has better and more reliable dupes overall and their ingredients seem to work better for my somewhat sensitive skin. If you still want to try Shop Hush, I would go for the Bad Habit or Face Candy palettes. Try the Rose highlighter palette for sure, because its awesome and seems like it would probably work well with a lot of skin tones. Everything I tried from Okalan was pretty dissapointing, so I will definitely not be purchasing any more Okalan things.

Have you gotten The Athena palette yet? I just ordered it as people say it is an amazing dupe for the Huda Desert Dusk palette. I would love to see a review and eye tutorial on it if you do have it , or when and if you do get it. The bundle of the 4 Bad Habit After palettes is sold out, so when it is restocked I will get that too.
