    I do strength training and very often will have a very tight lower back. I've tried foam rolling and massage to little effect so you can imagine my surprise when after I did this routine 1 time my tightness went away. I'm honestly really impressed. Thank you for the video!

    I had a strange feeling of unease today. Lying on the mat after this, I saw colors floating through my vision which is similar to what I experience when I receive Reiki. I felt so relaxed I just dosed off for a bit. I woke up and felt recharged and relaxed, like a reset button for my brain. What a nice surprise!
